My day started with something unexpected. While getting myself ready for work, my mom nonchalantly informed me that I must go to airport to fetch my relatives from province. WTH, talk about last-minute notice. I haven’t finished breaking my fast, but I have to go immediately so my cousins and aunts won’t be waiting long in the arrival section. Heck, it’s so rare for me to eat breakfast, and they have chosen this day to bother me. Oh well.
Without even brushing my hair, I climbed to the car and started my way to domestic airport. Don’t get me wrong, I missed my relatives, but if they could have advised me in advance that I’ll do the chore than be attacked with a sudden errand. Gwaar. I missed my brunchmates in the office. L
Most of my relatives in my mother’s side will be flying to Manila today. Rooms were already reserved for them in a hotel, but they insisted on going to our house first. “All this fuss about the wedding!”, I sighed in resignation. My cousin is to get married tomorrow, the last day of June – at least still a June bride.
Since yesterday, I’ve been thinking on what my hairstyle should be for the wedding. I have browsed in the internet for some inspiration. Together with my colleagues, we have picked some few ideas that I must show to the hairstylist and hopefully, he/she can achieve the look that I desired. One of my colleagues even went far as to try fixing my hair just to illustrate the “look”. Oh dear. I just hope whoever my stylist would be, he/she would make me more beautiful tomorrow. [laughs]

It seems we don’t have much work for today. TGIF! Micah and I were browsing for good bridesmaid hairstyles when we found a site for gowns as well. Fast forward an hour later, we were still in the site searching for beautiful gowns! Bridesmaid gowns at first, then we moved to bridal gowns. Oh, how beautiful they are! I am imagining myself as those women wearing those gowns. I don’t want to get married soon – hell, I don’t even have a boyfriend, but it’s nice to imagine yourself walking down the aisle, with your loved one waiting for you at the end.
So, I searched and searched then found some gowns, which could be my inspiration for my own wedding gown in the future.
